We are accepting applications for the 2026-2027 School Year (all age groups) at our Mt. Prospect location. To apply, simply select which age group /program session you would like to enroll your child and submit your completed application to the address below.

Please note that spaces fill up fast and that it is imperative to get your application in early.  In order to lock your position in, you must submit your completed application along with your deposit.

To download the State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination form, please click here.  This completed form is due by your child’s first day of school.
